Wayde is an Agile coach with Asynchrony Labs. He has over 20 years in software development, concentrating on Java since 1999. Wayde became an XP practitioner in 2001. He was ScrumMaster of the 2nd team at AT&T to achieve Gold level Agile certification. He has master’s degrees in both Computer Science and Engineering Management. He is also a Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP 1.1, 1.2, 1.6) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). His hobbies are cycling, chess and improv.
Vikram is a Consultant Java Developer currently working for AT&T . He has over 8 years of software development experience mainly focussing on Java / J2EE. He has worked on different software development models that include XP, Scrum and Waterfall. He is also a member of the 2nd Agile team in AT&T to get Gold certified. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering and is also a Certified Scrum Master. He is passionate about programming and learning new technologies.
Kayla is a development team lead for an Agile Scrum Team at AT&T. She has 7 years of software development and has been focusing on XP since 2011. She is also a member of an Agile AT&T Gold Certified team. She has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Management & Information Systems. Kayla enjoys mentoring new developers and in her spare time likes to cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals and snowboard.
Nick is a senior developer on the 2nd Agile Scrum team to earn gold level certification at AT&T. He has over 13 years of software development experience with the last 7 years being focused on Java following XP practices. Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Management and Information Systems as well as an MBA.
Andrew is a director over multiple Agile development teams at AT&T. He has over 15 years of software development experience and has been focusing on XP for most of his career. He is the founding member of an Agile AT&T Gold Certified team. Andrew enjoys mentoring new and eager developers and in his spare time enjoys following the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, and St. Louis Rams.
Elise recently joined AT&T as a technical Agile coach, and she is thrilled to combine her passions of software development and improv with the Teamfirst team. She has four years of experience practicing and performing improv in college and currently trains at the Improv Shop training center in St. Louis, MO. She has performed across the Midwest and opened for troupes from the Second City, the Magnet Theater, and Upright Citizens Brigade. Elise has a BS in computer science from the University of Notre Dame and is pursuing her OMSCS from Georgia Institute of Technology.
